One of our customers had an issue with ChessNoteR not opening on his Windows 10 machine. It turns out Windows Media Player was not installed. As soon as he installed it, he was able to access the ChessNoteR through USB. Another issue we have seen is also swapping out the USB cable with a different cable and also not using a USB 3 port.
